            3. Unlimited Access Software License with Termination Rights
            License Grant

            Subject to these Terms, Esterax grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software and digital products for your internal business or personal use.
            This license does not grant you ownership of any software, code, or intellectual property.

            Restrictions

            Remove or alter any legal notices

            Termination

            Refunds may be issued only if required by applicable law or explicitly agreed to in writing by Esterax.

            We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

            6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

            To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esterax disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

            Accuracy or reliability of results

            Limitation of Liability

            To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esterax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
            Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Esterax in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

            Ensuring that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights

            Maintaining the security of your access credentials

            We are not responsible for user-generated content.

            Price changes will not affect active agreements unless stated otherwise.

            If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

            Entire Agreement

            These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Esterax regarding the Services and replace any prior agreements or understandings.
